- Engagement Delivery: Participate in a variety of credit risk-related projects including loan reviews, credit administration assessments, policy evaluations, and internal audits.
- Subject-Matter Contribution: Apply your knowledge of credit risk mitigation strategies and credit policies to support client engagements and deliver actionable insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality service delivery that meets client expectations.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience inwith commercial credit analysis, loan review, portfolio management, or a related credit risk role within a bank or regulatory agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
- Exposure to multiple lending industries or deep knowledge in one specific area
- Actively pursuing or holding a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CRC) is preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate underwriting or regulatory credit review for community, regional, national, or foreign banking organizations
- Familiarity with SBA lending, construction lending, agricultural lending, syndicated loans, shared national credits, or leveraged transactions
- General understanding of credit lifecycle processes: origination, servicing, and review
- Ability to write or review credit policies and procedures, develop risk rating methodologies, and perform stress testing
- General understanding of federal and state banking regulations related to credit risk
- Prior consulting experience or demonstrated progression in responsibilities and leadership
