We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns aimed at engaging individual professionals and organizational partners. This role is responsible for creating and managing content across email, paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, expanding audience reach, and supporting initiatives that drive growth and engagement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic, data-driven marketing roadmap to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and grow organizational partnerships.Plan, produce, and manage digital content across multiple channels, including email, paid ads, social media, video, and other digital platforms.Oversee copywriting, design, layout, quality assurance, and approval workflows for marketing deliverables.Execute and optimize campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid media channels using platforms such as Google Ads and AdRoll, providing performance reporting and ROI analysis.Manage and update content on websites and registration systems to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with broader marketing strategies.Continuously evaluate and refine campaign strategies to drive high engagement and conversion rates across both B2B and B2C segments.Support day-to-day operational functions related to marketing and communications.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.23 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related areas.Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.Knowledge of SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, social media best practices, and account-based marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to inform decision-making.Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce and LinkedIn campaign management.Background in B2B and B2C marketing strategy.Demonstrated ability to work creatively, collaboratively, and adaptively in a fast-paced environment.Location
