Project Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 90k/year - Chesapeake, VA
  • Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Project Sales Representative to handle a territory out of the Chesapeake VA area. Our client has been in business for over 50 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a Project Sales Representative in the Chesapeake VA area to help them take this division to new heights. The Chesapeake team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.
Responsibilities:
  • In this position, the Project Sales Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound project requests, building client relationships, as well as some new business development. They will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers’ mechanical systems. The Project Sales Representative will prepare project design, cost estimates, and formal project proposal documents and serve as the liaison between the customer and the project manager. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales or come from the field and have a strong technical proficiency. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation:
  • Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 90k/year and an uncapped commission program. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
