- Customer Engagement, Foster Relationships.
- Contacting: communication with General Contractor and Leads on projects to be bid.
- Bidding projects.
- Meeting with Contractor/Developers/Flooring Contractors.
- Pricing job, Submitting Proposal, follow up and selling job.
- Working /assisting production Team once sold to ensure proper handoff.
- Attending Pre con meetings.
- Experience in construction related sales, and ability to read blueprints helpful.
- Market Development – Identify Key Owner Targets and create a strategic sales plan to grow Structis Commercial business.
- Work with Manufacturers reps to make sales calls and specification Assistance.
- 5+ years of construction experience a must.
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and ability to present themselves professionally.
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
- Math and computer skills.
- Customer service attributes.
