This role involves managing a book of business, building strong client relationships, and working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include handling inventory, making route visits, and collaborating with the super route salesperson and customer relations manager to meet assigned renewal goals.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage your book of business within your territory.
- Make route visits to clients, networking and strengthening relationships with management.
- Service all customers according to company policies, ensuring top-notch service.
- Assist in replacing products and handle inventory management.
- Drop off and pick up inventory, discuss promotions or new offers.
- Stay knowledgeable on the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Work in coordination with the super route salesperson and customer relations manager to obtain and meet assigned renewal goals.
- Actively assist in gathering competitive data from existing customers or other sources.
- Ensure the vehicle is well organized throughout the day.
- Verify that all orders from the make-up department are as requested before loading for delivery.
- Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Thursday, plus alternate Fridays until lunch (early start, 5-5:30 a.m.).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (per insurance guidelines).
- Comfortable driving a company truck.
- Able to pass a physical and pre-employment drug screening.
