Job Type: Occupational Therapist - Part-Time Available:Part-time (less than 30 hours/week):Pay Rate: $49.99-70.88, per client hour. Based on experience.Part-time Benefits:
  • Paid Sick leave.
  • Unpaid Leave, including the week between December 24-January 1.

We are a nonprofit organization and our services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care for children, adolescents, and their families.Our multi-disciplinary team offers comprehensive therapy services in a collaborative, family-centered, and play-based environment.   • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics is preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
