OverviewWe are seeking a Client Service Manager to join our growing team in our personal lines team who can deliver exceptional customer service! How you'll make an impactThe Branch Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch that consistently meets or exceeds CSO revenue benchmark expectations. This role reports directly into either the Branch Client Service Director or the Branch Client Service Supervisor. The Branch Client Service Manager directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts. Builds and solidifies relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care. In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner. Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage. Cultivates relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.How will you affect the business?
- Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high quality and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives.
- Guide your team members in addressing a client’s risk management needs through consultative conversations.
- Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within the Gallagher system.
- Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external partners
- Utilize your resilient and adaptable mentality in the face of shifting priorities
- Eagerness to collaborate with all Gallagher teams and employees!
- A minimum of 3+ years client service in personal lines
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and carrier relationships, particularly in the context of serving high net worth individuals and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
