- Enter, track, follow up & expedite sales orders, quotes & leads.
- Commit to proactive and team approach to sales.
- Showroom sales/support duties - focus on increasing upgraded selections
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors.
- Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities.
- Promote Designer Program promote North Coast Lighting
- Building Relationships with Designers and Builders
- Site visits with Outside Sales Team maintain schedule of client meetings
- Scheduled presence in North Coast Lighting Territories in the following means:
- Other duties as assigned.
- Support Outside Sales Team with layouts and lighting packages in various formats:
- Possess a personal and professional vision of success in teamwork.
- Previous sales experience and product knowledge in lighting is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent record keeping and time management skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment.
- Can-do attitude, work well as part of a team and commitment to constant improvement.
- Strong Design Background - Interior Design Degree preferred
- Computer literate in Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Committed to 100% accuracy.
- Continuous phone and computer usage.
- Extended periods of standing.
- Standing and Lifting (Up to 50lbs) in support of showroom sales.
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and Saturday hours may be required.
- Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance.
- This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
- Pay is $80,900 to $103,200 annually, DOE.
