Mechanical Machine Assembler - Akron, OH - JOB 25-01435 Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/HR Akron Area Company is hiring a Mechanical Machine Assembler. Key responsibilities are to assemble light duty industrial machinery. Any electrical experience is a plus. Use hand tools, power tools, and other Manufacturing equipment as needed. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with manufacturing industrial equipment
  • Must be able to read and interpret Mechanical Detail and Machinery Assembly Drawings.
  • Must be able to inspect fabricated parts and verify dimensions using tape measurers, calipers & micrometers.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Any electrical assembly, wiring, schematics, etc. is a plus.
  • Able to Lift Up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand or kneel for extended periods of time..
  • Able to Use Basic Hand Tools, Power Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Band Saw, Drill Press.
