- Design and implement end-to-end SAP architecture aligned with business goals
- Lead SAP transformation initiatives including migrations to S/4HANA
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Define integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Azure)
- Ensure SAP solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
- Guide development teams on SAP best practices, performance tuning, and code quality
- Conduct system audits and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability
- Support project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support
- Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend adoption strategies (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, AI/ML integrations)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and legacy ECC systems
- Strong understanding of SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, etc.
- Experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, CPI, BTP)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, ABAP, and SAP Basis
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
