(Operate CNC mills, lathes, including 4th and 5th axis machines to produce parts to precise specs)Schedule:1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM (paid for 8 hours)Overtime available on all shiftsPay Rate:1st Shift: $17.00 - $25.25/hour2nd Shift: $19.55 - $29.04/hour3rd Shift: $19.55 - $29.04/hour
(Based on experience and tenure)Job Duties:Operate two CNC machines producing a wide variety of parts on short or long runsFollow set-up cards, layout sheets, and process instructions to meet specificationsPerform in-process measurements using micrometers, verniers, optical comparators, microscopes, and gaugesSet up machines including tooling changes per Shop Order requirementsTroubleshoot and correct machine issues, maintain production recordsEnsure work area safety and cleanliness, comply with OSHA regulationsMove materials and parts as needed to complete job tasksRequirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 40 lbsMust be 18+ years oldMedical physical and eye exam requiredITAR facility: proper credentials required before startPreferred Experience:Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specsUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructionsMaintain production levels and quality standardsKnowledge of G and M codesExperience with Okuma, Bridgeport, Mori Seiki, Haas, and/or Mazak machinesIf you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume!Pay Details: $18.00 to $28.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
