-Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Sociology, Anthropology, History, Psychology or other research-oriented discipline of Humanities, Cultural studies, or Business
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
-Minimum 10+ years of work experience in user research or related field
Service Design expertise preferred
-Deep understanding of Human-centered design practices in product and service development
-Desire to work in fast-paced, consulting environment, moving from project to project
-Successful track record in developing relationships and engaging with colleagues across functions, levels and geographies, including within a virtual environment
-Top notch client management/people skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
