- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as technology, economics, computer science, data management, or statistics. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of development experience with at least 5 years in functional management and people leadership roles in the data and analytics domain.
- Experience working with business leadership in driving and defining functional and analytical data requirements for end-to-end solutioning as well as driving an implementation team through Agile methods.
- Significant experience in leading teams in data and analytics programs with experience in native digital technologies (cloud, big data, predictive and large language models).
- Acts as a change agent.
- Able to effectively challenge and influence peers and teams, leading them through difficult or uncertain situations.
- Significant experience working in a global matrix environment.
- Strong team building and talent management skills.
- Ability to motivate team members to achieve goals.
- Must be a strategic, innovative problem solver, and have strong influencing and communication skills.
- Understanding of global regulatory, privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
- Strong knowledge of business process flow and/or entity relationship modeling.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other technology teams as well as business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information, interact with, and respond to questions from managers, employees, customers, and vendors.
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
