- The BIM/Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for analyzing scopes of work to estimate the level of effort required, developing project-specific BIM/CAD execution plans and strategies, developing resource demand, and contributing support to project proposals for their assigned region or area of responsibility.
- This role oversees the work of Project BIM Coordinator(s) of multidisciplinary projects, ensures adherence to appropriate standards and QMS benchmarks, and monitors performance metrics to maintain delivery health and consistency.
- This role serves as the regional point of contact for digital delivery and support, mentors BIM Coordinators and project teams on best practices, and collaborates with VDDS leadership to algin regional demand with resources from the broader VDDS team.
- This role requires strong knowledge beyond traditional Building Information Modeling (BIM) for capturing design intent. This role shall champion the use of digital tools for construction, asset data, and digital twins, and seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing evolution of digital project delivery strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Finance, other related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with advanced BIM/VDC technologies (e.g., Virtual/Augmented Reality, Digital Twin, asset data integration, or construction-phase BIM)
- Familiarity with model-based delivery standards or other digital delivery standards.
- Experience leading regional or enterprise-level initiatives or managing teams of 10+.
- Resource management experience, including use of enterprise staffing tools (e.g., Tempus).
- Experience with Black & Veatch water/wastewater projects or clients.
