We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Shift Lead to join our growing crew at Teriyaki Madness!As a Shift Lead, you’ll help run the show—leading the team, keeping things smooth during busy hours, and making sure every guest gets an awesome experience. If you’re a natural leader with great energy and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:
  • Lead shifts and support staff during peak hours
  • Handle opening/closing duties
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Train and coach team members
  • Keep the vibe positive and professional!
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous restaurant/food service experience (Shift Lead experience a plus!)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Dependability and a sense of urgency
  • A team-first attitude
