We're looking for hardworking, dedicated people to work in a busy office supporting the mail room and kitchen/office supplies. Candidates should be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and hardworking. In this role you will pick up the mail from the post office each morning, scan all mail received, help with document production, mail processing, running errands, and various office services responsibilities as needed.Responsibilities
Picking up mail daily from post office
Scanning all mail received
Document printing/production
Processing and preparing incoming and outgoing mail
Upkeep of office kitchen and conference room
Data entry
Correspondence with vendors
Maintain supply inventory
Run errands, deliver documents
Reception coverage as needed
Requirements
Strong organizational and clerical skills
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with the postal system.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Tenacity to be able to work efficiently under strict deadlines
The ability to lift heavy items and transport and/or guide up to 50 pounds of material on a cart
Flexible, adaptable, and accountable
Compensation/BenefitsCompensation is for this position is $18 per hour. We also offer a full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, and 401k with match.
