Pay: $24/hourtrak group is hiring a Lead 4 Autonomous Operator to support a high-performing, safety-focused manufacturing facility. - Lead start-ups, changeovers, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Train Operators 1 & 2 and manage training documentation
- Support cross-functional teams (QA, CI, Maintenance)
- Troubleshoot issues and drive improvements using DMAIC
- Complete shift paperwork, track metrics, and support audits
- Monitor staffing and communicate performance feedback
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)
- Previous leadership or training experience
- Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and lean tools
- Technical skills: SAP, Paycor, Power BI, MS Office, SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
