- Configure and implement all new client payroll/HR products
- Convert, enter, and verify client employee data in isolved
- Track project timelines and resolve system issues
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
- Conduct post-implementation check-ins and train clients on first two pay cycles
- Recommend process improvements and mentor new team members
- Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3–5 years in HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping
- 2+ years of payroll/HCM implementation experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel
