As a Custodial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high standards across our custodial services.Managerial Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.
- Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.
- Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.
- At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.
- Proficient in various software applications for task management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
