- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on centrifugal, reciprocating, screw, and scroll chillers (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin).
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems using systematic questioning and proper instrumentation.
- Conduct chiller overhauls, retrofits, and major inspections as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance, repairs, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure all safety and limit controls are properly set.
- Operate within Building Management Systems and interpret schematics for system analysis.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial chiller systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining complex mechanical HVAC systems.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and sheet metal concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic PC applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Technical/apprentice school certification or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Hourly Rate: $50-$65/hr depending on experience (up to $135,000/ year), overtime and bonuses
- Relocation Bonus: $5,000-$10,000 (negotiable)
