- Minimum 3 plus years of experience in project or program scheduling on large capital improvement programs required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field required. Additional qualifying experience in excess of the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
- Advanced experience in software, including, but not limited to, Primavera P6 and MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required.
- Understanding the theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering and scheduling is required.
- Experience with water/wastewater treatment construction projects preferred.
- Skilled in communicating effectively orally and in writing is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
