As a licensed cannabis courier, we pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.We're currently seeking a Full-Time Delivery Coordinator who will also serve as a Hybrid Delivery Driver. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys both logistical coordination and hands-on driving responsibilities.Position Summary:The Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of our daily cannabis delivery operations. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery routes, supporting drivers, managing customer interactions, and stepping in as a driver when needed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, assign, and monitor delivery routes to ensure timely service and compliance.
  • Act as point-of-contact for delivery teams during active routes-troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Complete customer payments via Dutchie and verify order accuracy.
  • Assist with driver check-ins during opening and closing shifts.
  • Ensure delivery manifests and all transport documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain real-time communication with support teams to resolve route or order issues.
  • Step in as a delivery driver as needed, adhering to all safety and compliance protocols.
  • Support inventory tracking, restocking, and reporting as required.
  • Prepare daily reports on deliveries, inventory status, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Required)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and POS systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous retail, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
  • Able to learn and comply with Massachusetts cannabis regulations
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours/day)
  • Capable of lifting packages up to 15 pounds
  • Focused attention to detail for repetitive tasks and compliance checks
