Pay Rate: $18.11/hour + $1.05 shift differential = $18.30/hour
Hours: Sunday night – Friday morning, 10:55 PM (ready to work at 11:00 PM) – 7:15 AM
(Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40/week)SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:The Machine Attendant I is responsible for monitoring one or more workstations at production machines to ensure the safe packaging and inspection of parts in compliance with company safety procedures and customer standards. This role includes handling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle product produced from the machine, including trimming or clipping as needed.Package, weigh, and label products according to requirements.Inspect all products produced at the machine to ensure quality standards are met.Use gauge pins or other measuring tools to verify part dimensions against customer specifications.Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation.Communicate any quality issues to the Shift Supervisor promptly.Provide clear communication and training to Machine Attendants on the next shift.EXPERIENCE:Entry-level position; training provided.QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to read and understand required documentation (Work Order and Operator Responsibility Sheet).Basic math skills.Basic computer skills.Ability to speak, read, and understand English.Strong communication skills.Positive attitude and initiative.Basic measuring skills.COMPANY OVERVIEW:Top Prospect Group, now part of HW Staffing Solutions, specializes in connecting high-quality candidates with top-tier clients.
