Duration: 12 months of contractJob Summary:Client Dept is modernizing its core business processes and seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and design efficient, user-friendly processes. This role requires strong process analysis skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver actionable solutions that enhance both customer and employee experience.Responsibilities:
- Conduct current state analysis, process mapping, and gap identification.
- Redesign workflows using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align process changes with system capabilities.
- Drive change management, stakeholder buy-in, and pilot rollouts.
- Establish KPIs and track improvements for continuous process optimization.
- 5+ years in process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence.
- Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow redesign.
- Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Experience in government, DMV, or public sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships in challenging environments.
