Duration: 12 months of contractJob Summary:Client Dept is modernizing its core business processes and seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and design efficient, user-friendly processes. This role requires strong process analysis skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver actionable solutions that enhance both customer and employee experience.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct current state analysis, process mapping, and gap identification.
  • Redesign workflows using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to align process changes with system capabilities.
  • Drive change management, stakeholder buy-in, and pilot rollouts.
  • Establish KPIs and track improvements for continuous process optimization.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years in process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence.
  • Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow redesign.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field.
Preferred:
  • Experience in government, DMV, or public sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships in challenging environments.
