All internals must have manager's approval to transfer.Overview: Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the strategic advisory arm of SAP NS2's Professional Services & Delivery organization. We assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision based on their SAP and other IT investments. BTS works at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to define, deliver, and measure strategic business outcomes.The focus of this position is to help customers E2E solutioning and consume SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) within their application projects as the cloud platform-of-choice. BTP is the engine for innovation through integration, extension, and analysis scenarios of the Intelligent Enterprise. The BTS Business Technology Platform (BTP) Architect will lead innovative and digital transformation initiatives for SAP NS2's largest and most important customers.The BTS BTP Architect will provide comprehensive advice to our customers on long- and short-term opportunities for their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations which anticipate the future direction of both business and IT stakeholders from a BTP perspective.Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customers' IT and business executives
  • Work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes
  • Lead design and implementation of SAP BTP products with integration to SAP S/4HANA (both on-premise and public cloud)
  • BTP setup and product activation including DevOps services for customer SAP S/4Hana landscapes
  • Leverage SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Platform, data management, analytics, integration suite and application development
  • Support SAP BTP S/4 Clean Core Methodology and low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Oversee see BTP platform including security and compliance
  • Support development of BTP Implementation plan, technical specifications, and solution blueprint
  • Develop strategic roadmaps encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state
  • Identify improvement potentials for selected lines of business
  • Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP BTP solution value
  • You will instruct and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap including generative AI (GenAI).
What you bring:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation - able to lead customer engagements at an executive level
  • Knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and cloud solutions with principal consulting skills in at least one functional area (e.g. Plan to Produce, Acquire to Retire).
  • Have excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions
  • Sound knowledge of discovery phase engagements and estimation methods
  • Ideally experience in delivering projects or products on the BTP.
  • Knowledge of Audit Log, HANA Cloud, Notifications, Cloud Foundry, CI/CD, SAP Business Application Studio, and Transport Management.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable solutions using SAP BTP services and APIs.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is beneficial.
  • 10+ years of SAP solution experience, 15+ years consulting experience
  • 12+ years of solution and/or architecture (business & IT) experience
  • Minimum 3 years working on SAP BTP Application Development, Integration Suite, and Cloud Integration
  • Minimum 5 years of Core ABAP Experience
  • MBA preferred
