Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IoT Order Processing Specialist to support and enhance our operations using the Cisco Control Center (ACC AT&T Control Center) platform. This role is responsible for managing new and change orders, facilitating ACC training, and processing contract amendments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical project management experience, and a solid understanding of mobility services.Key Responsibilities
Execute New Order Implementation and Change Order Processing for IoT services via ACC.
Deliver ACC Training as a Service to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage Contract Amendment Processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and issue resolution.
Required Skills
Proven experience in direct customer communications, both written and verbal.
Strong technical project management capabilities, including task tracking and coordination.
Solid understanding of Mobility Services: Data, SMS, and Voice.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Cisco Control Center at the Admin User level.
Familiarity with Mobility Networking and SIM service provisioning.
Experience in scripting and API-based data retrieval for operational efficiency
