About the RoleIf you’re a finance executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, you could be our new Finance Manager. We’re looking for that rare leader with experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to help guide our rocketship and take our finance team from functional to best-in-class.It is an exciting time to join our HYPERGROWTH set of companies! The ideal candidate will help drive and support key initiatives related to finance, growth and operations – in our "on-the-path-to-unicorn" company! The position provides a unique opportunity to both strengthen our base while also leading us to our next stage of our growth and execution.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire finance function: oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Advising, supporting and guiding businesses on all financial matters.
  • Work with teams on complex problems and delivering strong, independent work products.
  • Maintain a robust financial reporting system: develop accurate and timely financial reports to provide insights to leadership and investors.
  • Stay up to date on relevant accounting standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets: create accurate and dynamic financial models to support growth initiatives and resource allocation. Track actual performance against budget and provide regular variance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability: implement strategies to optimize cash flow, secure financing as needed, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional team and offer business support to departments to understand their financial needs and inform decision-making.
  • Track industry trends and understand their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
  • Provide support and guidance to all analysts to ensure overall timely delivery of month end reporting.
  • Provide support in tracking and following up on any audit requests that need to be delivered from the Operations team to Accounting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong financial background to decipher expense classifications
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
