A cutting-edge and socially responsible entertainment company is seeking a Specialist in Child Labor and Immigration Compliance to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves ensuring adherence to global immigration and child labor laws, advising on legal matters, and supporting the company’s compliance efforts. Candidates should be passionate about leveraging their legal expertise to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and execute immigration-related guidance across different countries, with a focus on the US, Canada, and Australia.
- Provide expertise on child labor laws, including preparing necessary permits and legal documents.
- Prepare and update support letters for immigration and child labor needs.
- Conduct legal research and perform organizational tasks to support the team’s objectives.
- Collaborate with global team members to address and solve complex legal issues in a fast-moving industry.
- Proven experience in providing guidance and making sound judgments in compliance-related matters.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong capability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and solving complex problems.
- Prior experience in a legal setting, ideally within immigration law, child labor regulations, or film/TV production legalities, is highly preferred.
