Pay Range: $33.65 – $43/hour (~$80k–$90k)
Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a healthcare organization in Dallas, TX on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will focus on non-clinical and corporate-level recruitment and requires strong experience partnering with hiring leaders, conducting intake sessions, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.The ideal candidate is a recruiter from a corporate environment with experience in full-cycle recruitment (not agency or RPO), able to manage a high-volume requisition load, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all facets of talent acquisition for non-clinical/corporate roles, including tracking vacancies, monitoring applicant flow, and developing effective sourcing strategies.Conduct detailed intake sessions with hiring managers to define minimum and preferred qualifications for open roles and create tailored recruitment plans.Screen and review candidate applications to ensure alignment with role requirements.Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance.Provide concierge-level support through virtual and on-site meetings and deliver regular recruitment reporting to hiring managers.Interpret and apply policies and procedures for complex hiring situations and recommend process improvements when necessary.Conduct competency-based pre-screening of candidates and refer qualified applicants to departments.Attend job fairs, post positions on internal and external websites, and develop new talent sourcing channels.Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and training of newly employed staff.Provide guidance to managers on compensation, job description development, candidate qualifications, and other HR-related matters.Negotiate offers with candidates and coordinate placement notifications and orientation scheduling.Perform other duties as assigned and provide backup assistance to peers when needed.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment.Experience in full-cycle recruitment; agency or RPO experience is not preferred.Ability to conduct intake sessions and partner effectively with hiring leaders.Comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load (average 40–50, with occasional spikes up to 70).Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and full-cycle recruiting processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
