- Presenting yourself in an energetic, optimistic, and confident manner while investigating and promptly resolving system and equipment problems.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for executives, leadership, and associates in the Midtown Atlanta facility, supporting audio/visual equipment, computers, printers, other peripherals, and third-party enterprise systems (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.).
- Liaising between the Service Delivery team and other IT groups, including Infrastructure, Security, Database Administrators, and Application Development.
- Collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager and/or Lead Network Analyst to suggest and implement innovative solutions based on business needs.
- Working with internal and external support organizations to resolve network issues.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Desktop Support, Microsoft OS (Windows 10, 11), and Microsoft 365 products required (Mac OS experience is a plus).
- A related two-year degree is required (a four-year degree is preferred).
- Must have advanced troubleshooting skills specific to computer hardware, software, network, and audio/visual equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
