PAY RATE: $68.51/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Clearance: Interim Secret required (Active Secret preferred; not required to start)Industry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Design, integrate, verify, and validate ITAs, harnesses, and other test equipmentIntegrate ITAs with common core test stationsDevelop and execute test, verification, and validation plansSupport operation, calibration, and maintenance of production test stationsConduct root cause analysis for unit failures and recommend corrective actionsRequirements:Interim Secret required (Active Secret preferred; not required to start)Bachelor's in STEM + 5 years' experience, or Master's + 3 yearsProficiency with LabWindows CVI , TestStand , LabVIEW ; MATLAB and scripting a plusExperience with production test stations, electrical testing, validation plans, and user acceptance testing1 4 years' experience in power electronics, production, and test engineering processesStrong understanding of schematics, electro-optical principles, and test documentationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeUp to 20% domestic travelExcellent written/verbal communication skillsMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).Desired Skills:Familiarity with lab/test equipment (DMM, oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators)Experience in electrical design (cables, circuit boards)Strong troubleshooting skills with ITAs and test equipmentAbility to work independently and in team environmentsAbout Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
