- Mentor other Data Scientists specializing in consumer insights, fostering innovation and growth in a flexible, dynamic working environment.
- Help to educate our commercial associates and our clients in how to use our innovative Consumer products, from take home panels to receipt capture and beyond.
- Serve as a panel expert, ensuring the design and execution of industry-leading consumer panels.
- Serve as a panel expert, through data client inquiry investigations, and ensuring data quality throughout consumer products.
- Present and communicate findings and recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Develop and implement best practices, documentation standards, and robust methodologies to ensure consistent and scalable approaches across projects.
- Oversee end-to-end validation and projection performance metrics to drive product quality.
- Support production deployment of proposed enhancements/new solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Socio-economics, Data Science or other related field with 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or consumer insights.
- Expertise in consumer behavior, including managed large-scale consumer panels and crowdsourced methodologies like receipt capture.
- A track record of working effectively with commercial teams and client stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership / mentoring skills with experience leading cross-disciplinary teams.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and problem-solving, with a focus on big data and complex data ecosystems.
- Proficiency in cutting-edge tools and technologies, with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex methodologies for a broad audience.
- Strategic vision and a solutions-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- (Nice to have) Excellent statistical and logic skills. Experience in data cleaning, outlier validation, sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, data aggregation techniques.
- (Nice to have) Experienced in Python or another high-level programming language and willingness to learn Python
