Manufacturing Coordinator (Onsite)Location: Madison, WI
Pay: $33–$35/hr (W2)
Schedule: 4x9s Mon–Thu + 4 hrs Fri (start between 6:00–7:30 AM, OT expected)
Contract: Long-term, potential extensionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to support daily production operations in a regulated medical device environment. In this role, you will:
  • Within the production side of SAP creating or printing work orders
  • Troubleshooting issues with SAP transactions
  • Issue, track, and close production work orders in SAP.
  • Coordinate materials and resources to align with the production plan.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate SOP changes.
  • Support non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and maintain departmental metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflow efficiency and on-time product delivery.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an onsite role requiring collaboration with Production Leadership, Supply Chain, and Engineering, ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.Note- The focus is not on the inventory, planning, or purchasing side.Key RequirementsAssociate degree (or HS diploma + 2 years in regulated manufacturing, medical devices preferred)
2+ years SAP or ERP system experience (MUST)
Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, materials management, and work order processing
Familiarity with FDA regulations, cGMP, and ISO 13485 standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5+ years SAP/ERP experience
