And we want you to be part of it.Job Description️ About the Role: CNC MachinistWe’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our high-performing team. You’ll develop CNC programs, perform multiple complex setups, and operate advanced machining equipment to ultra-tight tolerances — delivering parts that meet the highest industry standards.What You’ll Do
Develop programs for CNC and hybrid machining operations
Set up and operate machines with extreme precision — meeting tight tolerances and critical finishes
Configure fixtures and set machine origins using setup instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, method sheets, and material requests
Use a variety of precision measuring tools to inspect in-process and finished parts
Ensure squareness, concentricity, parallelism, and surface finishes are on spec
Cut raw materials to length and maintain accurate records of all material usage
Train other machinists as needed and collaborate cross-functionally
Perform labor transactions and basic system functions using computer interfaces
QualificationsWhat You Bring
Experience: 5+ years of CNC machining experience; apprenticeship or technical degree preferred
Technical Skills: Mastery of setup, operation, and inspection on CNC machines
Detail-Oriented: Capable of holding ultra-tight tolerances and ensuring flawless finishes
Communication: Ability to train and collaborate with team members
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
