As a PRN Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care that helps children thrive at home. Your responsibilities will include:Completing assessments and developing individualized care plans.Delivering skilled nursing procedures with professionalism and empathy.Monitoring and communicating changes in condition.Documenting care accurately and promptly.Adapting to each child’s unique needs and home environment.Advocating for patients while supporting and collaborating with your care team.What You’ll NeedGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent LPN license1+ year of nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred)Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insuranceWillingness to travel within your assigned area (up to 50%)Ability to lift 50–100 lbsAt Elara Caring, every nurse plays a vital role in delivering comfort, healing, and hope.
