  • Performs preventative maintenance duties in guest rooms and all other areas of the hotel
  • Responds to reported problems and issues and performs general repairs
  • Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes
  • Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot
  • Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
  • Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured
  • Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation
  • Maintains operational knowledge of common power and hand tools
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
