A rapidly growing professional services firm based in VA, that specializes in construction management, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both cleared and non-cleared professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the GovCon industry.- Cultivate and sustain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and criteria.- Utilize Lever, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and optimize the recruitment workflow.- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding recruitment of cleared professionals.- Offer guidance and assistance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection best practices.- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform recruitment strategies.- Conduct regular analysis of recruitment data to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.- Mentor and empower the existing recruitment team, providing support to enhance their skills and productivity.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience within the GovCon sector, focusing on cleared professionals.- Total of 8-12 years of recruiting experience.- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.- Proficiency in Lever (ATS) for managing candidate pipelines and streamlining recruitment workflows.- Thorough understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to recruiting cleared professionals.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
