Contract Coordinator (onsite)

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with contractual obligations, asset management, or financial trading institution (3+ years);
• Experience with Proforma development and complete reporting;
• Experience supporting contract negotiations, document reviews, and other legal/regulatory proceedings with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions;
• Designation as a paralegal or other relevant college degree.

• Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations;
• Generate outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations to trading partners;
• Maintain accurate records, coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents and manage and maintain contract/counterparty database;
• Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of documentation for contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company requirements;
• Liaise with legal, regulatory, trading, and asset management teams as well as external counterparties to facilitate contract execution and resolve discrepancies;
• Maintain organized contract files, ensure document version control, and prepare materials for audits or compliance reviews;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
