- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited automotive technology program or relevant certification.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
