- Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, HCM or related field required (minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude and skillset (variety of capabilities and / or tools)
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment
- Able to understand current processes and future state processes based on business objectives
- Ability to analyze and understand client needs, objectives, and how technology may be applied for efficiencies
- Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice
- The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed
