
Office Manager

- Enter and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, bank activity, etc.).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring vendors are paid on time and customer accounts are up to date.
- Process payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax submissions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Monitor and manage company cash flow and reconcile bank accounts.
- Support CPA with tax filings (sales tax, payroll tax, federal and state returns).
- Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries as needed.
- Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules.
- Complete month-end close activities.
- Assist with HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance.
- Step in to support Office Assistant tasks when needed.
- Take on additional projects or responsibilities as directed by management.
- 5+ years of bookkeeping/office management experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks strongly preferred).
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Experience handling payroll and tax compliance.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
