- Oversee and manage all electrical projects, with a strong focus on HVAC-related work.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Maintain and renew the Electrical Administrator license and ensure all necessary permits and certifications are obtained and up to date.
- Work with management and field staff to develop and execute detailed project plans.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in partnership with the Electrical Foreman.
- Provide technical support and guidance to electricians and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including weekly or daily recording of electrical work hours.
- Oversee and manage electrical inventory to support project needs.
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to electrical installations professionally and promptly.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and productive team environment.
- Valid Electrical Administrator License (Washington State or applicable).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical work, ideally with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Experience with electrical design and project execution.
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to give strategic direction and constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage varied personalities, and maintain a professional work environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license required.
