Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCIPosition Overview:Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.The Operations Specialist (Senior) oversees operational processes and workflow management across the program, providing guidance, reporting, and coordination to ensure mission execution and contract compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead coordination and oversight of daily operational support activities.
  • Provide quality control and review of operational reports, briefings, and documentation.
  • Facilitate communications across task leads and program support teams.
  • Support leadership with data analysis and dashboard generation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
  • Mentor junior staff and oversee execution of recurring taskers and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in operational support roles, preferably with DoD programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of workflow tools and reporting systems.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
