Company: Forest River, Inc.Overview:Forest River, Inc., is seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media Manager to lead and execute the social media strategy for Coachmen RV, the Coachmen Owners Association (COA), and select Forest River brands. This role is instrumental in driving digital growth through high-quality content creation, proactive community engagement, strategic influencer partnerships, and data-informed performance analysis. The primary focus is to elevate Coachmen's brand visibility, cultivate vibrant and loyal online communities, and contribute directly to marketing and sales objectives.The ideal candidate is a creative, forward-thinking communicator with a passion for storytelling and a strong command of visual media. The possess a deep understanding of platform-specific trends, tools, and audience behaviors. As a key member of the Coachmen marketing team, this individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Coachmen Marketing Manager.Key Responsibilities:Content and Community Management
- Manage day-to-day social activity across all Coachmen RV and COA channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, sales events and owner events
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging multimedia content including interior and exterior photos, video walkthroughs, 360s, and short-form videos
- Write captions and post content that drives engagement, reflects brand tone, and supports campaign objectives
- Monitor all social platforms for community interaction, respond to comments and messages, and manage conversations with professionalism and consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive branding across Coachmen’s digital footprint
- Build and execute a scalable strategy to engage with influencers, ambassadors, and brand advocates within the RV and travel space
- Vet and onboard social media influencers and content creators who align with the Coachmen lifestyle and product values
- Manage relationships and content deliverables, ensuring brand representation is consistent and effective
- Track and analyze key metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion
- Create regular reports and deliver insights to the Coachmen Marketing Manager to support data-driven decision making
- Monitor competitor activity, platform trends, and emerging content strategies to keep Coachmen’s presence fresh and relevant
- Support paid social strategy and campaign execution; monitor performance and recommend optimizations
