· Current and valid RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan, or a compact license.
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
· Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required — or must be enrolled with a plan to complete within three years of hire.
· Nursing leadership certification strongly preferred.
· At least five years of healthcare experience, with clinic experience considered a plus.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services and President of the Medical Group, the Director of Nursing will lead efforts to standardize care delivery, improve patient experience, and optimize workforce development. The position calls for a strategic, collaborative leader with a strong background in clinical operations, patient safety, and change management.
