- Project Management KPIs (25%) – Drive overall project performance by owning relationships, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination while ensuring timely payments and closing out projects with accuracy and excellence.
- Project Process Management (20%) – Lead cost control and operational readiness at project launch, vet vendors, manage change orders, and maintain invoice accuracy to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Reporting & Forecasting (20%) – Provide proactive reporting on gross profit, billing, and project health; communicate key insights with leadership and continuously improve outcomes.
- Project Assignment (15%) – Take full responsibility for project kickoff and scheduling, manage manpower in collaboration with superintendents, and ensure high standards for safety, quality, and delivery.
- Client/Subcontractor Relationships (20%) – Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while embodying our core values: Building Synergistic Authentic Relationships, OWN IT, Integrity in All We Do, Always a Pro, and Cutting Edge Cool People.
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Proficiency with industry software and PM tools
- Impeccable communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
