Electrical Designer - Electrical, Lighting & Fire Alarm

• Electrical engineer or designer with 3-6 years’ experience in electrical, lighting, and fire alarm design of commercial buildings.
• Proficient/experienced with using/applying AutoCad and Revit. We will not consider candidates if they do not have significant Revit experience.
• 3-6 years’ experience in design of telecommunications and data communications technology is a plus. RCDD certification is an additional plus. RCDD=Registered Communications Distribution Designer.

• We offer two weeks of vacation (Paid Time Off) per year at the start of employment, with three weeks’ vacation after 5 years, and four weeks’ vacation after 10 years with the company.
• In addition to personal vacation, the company observes paid annual holidays. These currently include New Year’s Day, Good Friday (or as an option – Easter Monday), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. In the event a holiday falls on a weekend day, we will take either the preceding Friday or the following Monday as we decide collectively. We also offer one “floating” holiday to each staff member to be used at each employee’s discretion, for example, birthday, anniversary, Veteran’s Day, etc., for a total of 10 paid holidays.
