What You Will Do:
  • Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation units
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
  • Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform system start-ups and testing to verify proper operation
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding system operation and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
What You Need:
  • Journeyman License or Trade school Equivalent (required)
  • EPA License (Required)
  • Valid Drivers License (21+)
  • A minimum of 1+ years of field experience as a HVAC Installer
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new method
  • Physical dexterity
