Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Expected Salary Range: $40-$50 per hour before permanent conversionJob Duties:
Building systems design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design in the Commercial, Healthcare, and Education industries.
Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments with the overall responsibility for budget and schedule adherence, quality control, and inter-discipline coordination.
Responsible for creating, influencing, and finalizing designs involving air and hydronic HVAC systems including but not limited to central energy plants/systems, pumps and distribution piping, air handling equipment and ductwork systems, and possibly other mechanical building systems.
Responsible for creating, influencing, and finalizing designs involving plumbing systems including but not limited to domestic cold and hot water systems, sanitary and vent systems, natural gas systems, compressed air systems, and possibly other plumbing building systems.
Responsible for creating, influencing, and finalizing designs involving fire protection systems including but not limited to sprinkler systems (wet and dry type), and clean agent systems.Job Requirements:
Experience with the design and specification of various types of HVAC systems.
Experience using Carrier HAP for building load analysis is preferred.
Experience with domestic cold and hot water, sanitary and vent, design.
Experience with compressed air design.
Experience with medical gas design.
Experience with Fire Protection design (wet, dry, clean agent, etc.).
Proficiency in REVIT required.
Experience working with AutoCAD is required.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a 5:00p.
