- Design and implement solutions and develop digital consumer experiences based on foundation of the AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, and DAM
- Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions
- Drive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessments
- Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals.
- Design and code from specifications, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software apps.
- Develop solutions based on Adobe AEM 6.x versions along with HTML5, CSS, JQUERY, Java, JavaScript, J2EE and related technologies
- Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components, and services, AEM launches, workflows, localization features, AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
- 3+ years of development experience in Java - J2EE and JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions Adobe Experience Manager with knowledge of Templates, Layouts, components, APIs (OSGI)
- 2+ years of experience working on cloud platforms - AWS or Azure. Experience with AWS will be a plus
- 2+ years' Experience with Agile Product/ Project Delivery
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work and education experience required
- Experience working with AEM Sites 6.x
- Experience and expertise with DevOps pipelines for CMS projects
- Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B websites
- Experience in multi-lingual sites, multi-lingual translation, and content localization solutions
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment, experience with Agile
- Experience with working on AWS cloud and DevOps implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to travel as needed for project assignments (up to 25%) based on project needs
